Your deleted Content may be held in backup versioning for a period of approximately 48-to-72 hours, and will not be accessible by the public.  Publishing Content publicly will permit everyone, including internal and external individuals, to access and share the Content. Only post Content that is suitable to share with others. Contact Information  -  We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services, to market to you, to help others find your account, including third-party services and applications, to minimize spam, abuse, or  fraud.  You may control whether others can access your profile through the privacy settings.  You may access and modify your personal information under account settings.  To  unsubscribe from a notification,  follow the instructions within the notification or refer to the instructions on our website.  Should you choose to sync an address book, we will help with users finding and  connecting with your profile. We may suggest user contacts based on your address book. You can delete your imported address book contacts under privacy settings.

The majority of  information you provide to us through the Giggate Services is information you are requesting us to make public, such as profile information on Giggate to include your biography, photo, location, or your website. Additionally, your public information includes the Content you Create, Share or Like, timelines, country, and time zone. We instantly disseminate your public information to a wide range of users, customers, and services, including search engines, developers, and publishers that integrate Giggate content into their services, and organizations such as universities, career development agencies, and market research firms that analyze the information for trends and insights. When you share information or content like photos, videos, and links via the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public. You can change the language and time zone associated with your account at any time using your account settings.


Non-Public Communications and Messaging  -  We provide a Messaging Service that allow you to communicate with connections privately, by sending and receiving email or chat messages.


Service Use  -  We track when you visit our site, sign into our Services, interact with email notifications, use your account for authentication of third-party websites, applications, or visit a third-party website, application, or service, which may include your IP address, operating system, browser type, linked web page, page visits, location, mobile carrier, device information, and topics of interest to customize content.


Fintech Vendor Services  -  In providing your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, billing and shipping address for our Services transactions, we store payment Information, which you can remove from your account any time under the account settings tab.
